Our organization has multiple divisions, and the workforce planners are in the home division. The time-off requests and shift trades are reviewed and processed by the workforce planners and not the respective supervisors of the staff.
The workforce planners are not able to view the Time-Off Requests and Shift Trade Requests in the Inbox. The only option is to go into the "Time Off Requests" or "Shift Trades" in the Workforce Management menu. We don't receive notifications as well when someone submits a new time off request.

How do we get this notification sent to the workforce planners?
