We are doing this for one project to play certain disclaimers to the caller - we are using the agent script to invoke the API that the agent can click on....you can either transfer to a secure flow, and then use the option to route back to the same agent, or you can invoke the consult API to "conference" them all together to play the message, and then have the flow disconnect that leg of the call when it is finished and just the agent and caller are still connected. 

The key here is Unattended.  I need a way to have a caller in Architect transferred to an outside system and play message to that outside party as soon as it connects.  No local agent involved here.

Ah - got it - does Architect need to stay in the middle? Or are you looking to connect the calling party to a third party, play the message, and remove Genesys / Architect from the picture all together?

I tried something similar in the past and got stuck, because the limitaion of customer-related calls of 3 members. Otherwise I would transfer to a flow to play a message. Didn't Genesys plan to rise that limit in the near future?
