Hope there is somebody who can pinpoint this topic with me.
A customer has created an unpaid time off activity. Agents can request this so they can manage to take unpaid leave and Genesys has the opportunity to schedule the agent on other days where the agent is available to work.
But now in some cases Genesys is calculation the request as some (not the complete timeframe) paid time. What is de logic of Genesys behind this?
In this example Genesys was able to select a shift with a start time later in the morning, but instead it decided to calculate the unpaid time off with 2 hours paid time off with the same activity code.
