Hello,
If an agent is only scheduled to be 'on-queue' for eight hours; the remaining time is labeled as 'unscheduled'.
1) Does this mess with the adherence reporting over all?
2) Am I supposed to being scheduling a 'time off' activity for the remaining hours?
