    While I see the advantage of these reports, it is a shame that they could not be part of the existing performance reports with some filter or columns.  If we extend this a year or so, how many tabs are we going to have at the top of Agent and Queue views?

    Hi Robert,

    We are currently working on a redesign of the UI framework for analytics.  We expect that the UX of working with analytics will improve a great deal once the new framework is available.  (No ETA yet.)  With the new digital views, we were trying to make it easier for our digital-focused customers to find and use views that are important to them.  I do understand your concern, though.  At this time, we don't have plans to add more sub-views (related views) to existing views.

    Hello! Good to hear about the upcoming release. I have two questions: is there a list of digital oriented metrics that will become available with this release and is it considered to extend the limit of number of export subscriptions since this is going to be a new view?

    Hi Ekaterina,

    We have not added any new metrics with the release of these digital views.  You can consider them as pre-configured views (column and filter selection) that are pertinent to digital contact centers.  Likewise, we have not made any updates to existing subscription limitations.
