After it's been dropped, the "Chat and Email" tab is now before the "Agent Status" tab:

This new order will persist for future sessions until changes are made to reorder or close tabs.

The + option for tabs will now lead to a tab labeled "New Tab". Once a View or Dashboards has been selected, the new tab's name will change to reflect the selection. 

We have also added several new actions under the tab kebab menu (3 dots), which will appear when you select click on the menu or when you right-click on the tab. See below for the new options which will make it easier to work with the tabs and close all or some of them with one click instead of one at a time. You can also duplicate a tab or reload the data on a tab.  

We've made improvements to the save experience. The "Save as" option has been moved out of the kebab menu (first image) and will now be initiated by clicking on the save icon (second image) 

Once you have saved the view with your changes, you will see the option to overwrite an existing view of the same base view type, or Save View as something new if you make additional changes and click the save icon.  

If you make additional changes to your saved view, you will see a visual indicator, an asterisk, to notify you of unsaved changes as seen below.
