    Hello Genesys Community,

    I would like to announce that in an upcoming release, we will add secondary statuses to the Agent Status View.  Please see the Resource Center post for more details.

    This is being tracked under Idea ANLS-I-225

    Will this actually have counts and % values or just a listing of what secondary status they are in?

    Hi Robert,

    It will show the durations of the time in the secondary statuses.  The format will be the same as that of the primary status durations.
