Hello Aaron,
This is not so much a deprecation, but an announcement that Genesys Cloud will begin enforcing the "Presence > Userpresence > Edit" permission in all regions for supervisors who need to change another GC user's presence. So, I would just grant the appropriate folks in your GC org this permission and you will be in good shape when this change goes live.

Looking at next week's release notes I see there will be a permission change to users ability to change another users status in June. This claims to impact the API usage, but I am looking for extra verification to be sure. Currently our supervisors will occasionally change user statuses/log users out in the platform, but not via API. Will they also be impacted by this change or will their current permission set be acceptable? Also, when will the new permission become available so we can make this adjustment before it is forgotten and causes issues?
