Is it possible to update the queue variable for the InQueue flow?
For example, the customer is waiting 30 minutes in the Customer Service InQueue flow and they take the Call back option. Currently this call back will be sent to the current queue - Customer Service.
Is it possible to update the queue variable to set the callback for a different queue?
