    Beyond is excited to announce an update to the eLearning Genesys Cloud: WEM - Agent Activity View, formally known as Genesys Cloud: Agent Activity.

    The course has been updated to include information on Insights, Work Plans, and Recognition. In addition, there has been a UI update, so all graphics and screenshots affected have been updated as well.
