Beyond is excited to announce an update to the Genesys Cloud: WEM - Using Genesys Tempo Mobile Application eLearning.
Within this update, we have added a new section to the course on the agent's ability to view possible shifts for days when an agent does not yet have a published schedule. This feature is important because it helps employees plan their work and personal lives by providing a clearer view of when they may be scheduled.
