We've refreshed the topic tags in the Genesys Community to make them more relevant and aligned with the latest product features. The goal is to simplify navigation, reduce overlap, and make it easier for members to find and contribute to discussions.

What's New

• Expanded AI coverage:
• AI Copilot (Agent, Supervisor & Admin) and AI Configuration are new tags, reflecting our growing set of AI-driven capabilities.
• Conversational AI has been clarified as Bot Flows, Virtual Agent, etc.
• Consolidated and clarified categories:
• System/Platform Administration now combines topics previously split across Platform and System Administration.
• WEM – Quality, WFM, Gamification brings workforce engagement topics together under one clear category.
• Predictive Engagement/Routing captures more of the journey orchestration and targeting capabilities.
• New community-focused space:
• Community Announcements will now be used for updates about the community itself.
