Hi Community,
as part of the upcoming release of "Manual Work Plan Assignments with a specific start date" we are adding the extra column "Default Work Plan" to the Agents page in Workforce Management.
Manual Work Plan Assignments with a specific start date will enable Administrators and Schedulers to future date Work Plan Assignments or temporary overrides/changes to the employee's Work Plan for a set period.
Adding the "Default Work Plan" column will enable Administrators, Schedulers or Supervisors to more easily see the employee's underlying Work Plan in addition to any Work Plan Rotations they are being scheduled by.
