Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi everyone, following the latest release notes about Genesys Cloud Data Lakehouse and the new Lakehouse Extraction API, does anyone have any updates on the future Lakehouse platform availability and expected access model? I couldn't find anything about it in the future roadmap.

At this time it is still just listed as future availability I believe more information will be given as we get closer to a release.

Yeah Samuel, we only have this information so far 😞. I think Genesys will build the main export path complete first and then build out the platform, so it will take some time (just my guess).
