    Hi all,

    I was poking around Ideas and Community for information related to Edge monitoring and alerting capabilities and i found the below idea.

    Its status is Accepted, but no Genesys presence or comments are shown.  Is this getting any active development at this time?  I see lots of requests for this type of functionality so I would be very interested in an update.

    Along with SIP Traces and better MOS scoring as well as API access to Edge health, Genesys is working on a lot of enhances for this as well as auditing in the system.  As for monitoring of cloud edges, that is another story as access to that information could open them up to vulnerabilities which Genesys would not find favorable.

    Do any Genesys folks have any additional insight into this one? CLPLA-I-448 is marked as "Accepted", what does this mean exactly? And where might it be in the product schedule?

    Hey, Chris,

    The statuses are kind of explained by a graphic linked from the Product Ideas Lab tile in the Genesys Knowledge Network:

    So, Accepted just means Product Management thinks it is a good idea and they will start doing the planning within a year (maybe).

    Right now looks like it is in Backlog, but you would have to pester PM through your PSM to find out more.
