Hello, 

Looking for some assistance with the Chat Widget. We currently utilize the old version (not the messaging widget) and I have updated our architect flow to now include additional drop down options but how do I go about updating the DEV code in order to update on our website to reflect?

First, you should not be using Chat at all.  You need to switch over to Messaging instead.  With Messaging, you can deploy your code once on the website and then come back and change behavior or presentation without any change on the website.  Now, if you are front-ending your Messaging code with a form, that is all on the website until we get that built-into Messaging.  With the old chat, you have to take your new code with the drop-downs and redeploy it to the website.
