Heather definitely beat me to it. But here is a link from the Resource Center that gives more information on the Reschedule feature, as well as a step-by-step guide:

Thanks,

Hi Jason. To get any modifications to pull through to the schedule, you need to select the reschedule option within the schedule. When you do this, you may not want to actually reschedule anything, so minimise what you actually choose in the reschedule wizard so nothing is impacted. You should then be able to see the modifications on the schedule.

Subject: Updating Deltas After Forecast Change
Trying to figure out how to get the Deltas (difference between Forecast and Scheduled) to change after the Forecast is updated via the modifications link.
As of right now, If the forecast is modified, (Say increased by 20% for the day) there is no change in the Forecasted calls on the days schedule.
Please tell me there's a solution for this, and it's not working as designed...
