Groups overview - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
In the Genesys Case 0003581754, we reported issues with being able to view Groups under Directory when in the Genesys Admin tab.
According to the Resource Center documentation, prerequisite permissions does not include General > Admin or General > Group Administration, which is ultimately required to view Groups under Directory.
Can we please update the Resource Center documentation to reflect this?
