Hello Dev Community,
Has anyone found a way to easily update existing contact or even add new contacts within an external organization? The bulk import tool for this is not very intuitive. I often find that when uploading via Bulk Import Tool it creates duplicate entries of the external organization even though I am trying to put it in the existing external org. I am open to any suggestions. I don't mind taking a different approach if someone has a system down that works and would be willing to share. With a large organization like mine, sometimes an external organization may have over 1500 contacts for that external org.
This makes it very time consuming and prolongs getting the entries updated when on our previous platform we could simply export for a given org to csv. Make the new entries at the bottom and re-upload.
Once again I am all ears and open to trying anything new! Thanks in advance!
