I've just heard about a new announcement that may have some impact on our ORG (you'll receive an email about this next week from Genesys, but I wanted to give you prior notice).
Genesys is updating how web content URL widget functions within Analytics dashboards work. Genesys will restrict these web content URLs from accessing browser cookies, local storage, and JavaScript APIs starting 18th May 2026.
