Hi there. We've had the same issue on one of our orgs. Genesys is still working on the issue, but what we noticed is, that it had something to do with group policies. All we had to do was to remove ourselves from a group that gave us access to other authorized orgs (I know, that's strange, but it helped).

Definitely looks like permissions clash (or update bug?) ... once I rationalised the User Groups, and got rid of permission overlaps, I have edit access again.

Anyone else having issues editing call flows in Architect?
Clicking on a Flow does not open it, and 'Open' button is greyed out.
Multiple users / customers on multiple Orgs having same issue.
