    I would like to screen share with agents without needing a camera or a microphone. just chat and screen sharing

    According to the information I am seeing, this should be available:

     

    "When the user has no mic/camera, as long as they are in a webrtc supported browser, they should be able to join a call in listen-only mode. In this mode, they should still be able to share their screen, they just won't have audio/video."
