Genesys Cloud CX - Beta HQ

When the beta UI is released this year, will customers be able to turn it on for specific users, or will it only be able to be turned on at a global level for an organization?

Hi Chad,

Great question! During the beta, we plan to introduce a permission control that will allow the new navigation to be enabled for individual users. That said, this capability might not be available right at the start of the early beta phase.
