If I take the PureCloud User role and add the Reporting > Interactions > View permission when I go into the Interactions Performance View with that user the Users filter is not available to use. This filter is displayed if a user is assigned the PureCloud Supervisor Role.
Is there a specific permission that controls whether or not the Users Filter appears in the list of filters than can be used or is this somehow imbedded in the Supervisor Role?
Problem I have is granting agents access to their own interactions. There appears to be no way to limit them to only seeing their own interactions in this view. On top of that they cannot filter by their username to quickly find their interactions on a given date.
