    Hi Team,

    A WFM admin is unable to see Reschedule button in Prod org in the schedules view. Same user with same permission is able to see the option in Dev org. Anyone faced this issue?

    Hi Team,

    I was able to find the reason. The work team view of schedule doesnt have reschedule option. If MU filter is put in schedules view, reschedule is visible
