Hello everyone,
Has anyone seen this before where a user's presence shows two different statuses? I noticed that when I searched for a user from the top left corner in the search bar, they show up as offline, but when you click on the user it shows that they are on queue. I have a few other agents that it does that for, but not sure why. Please see the attached screenshot for more details. Thank you.
