    Is there a way to view summaries per user and queue grouped together the way we could in IC Business Manager?

    Hi Elyse,

    To see the overall performance of users you can see this in Performance > Workspace > Agent Performance (you can also filter this by specific queues)

    To see the individual user queues performance you would need to drill down to the Agent Performance Detail and the Queues Details tab
