    One following users is unable to use the blind transfer function to directly transfer calls to another number and she is also having the same issue around using the consult feature, which is blocked for her. See screenshots attached.

    Is this related to her persmissions and roles settings on genesys? Help from community will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Kazi - 

    Try having the agent press Enter after entering the value. You should see the number change in how it is presented and the transfer options should be available.
