User's status: automatic update to "busy" while making / answering a call, and updated automatically back to "available" after the call is released

    Hi,
     
    Some months ago, faced some troubles at a customer's site where they are using third party non managed SIP Hardphones for telephony (it a Medicine Laboratory Analysis Company).

    So opened this new idea to have the userr's status automaically updated when the corresponding hardphone is in conversation, as it is not done now in PureCloud:

    Hi Jorge,
    I voted for your idea, as the incorrect status is a major annoyance for me (we use PureCloud for our business and call centers and also use MS Teams for meetings/conferences). Getting a hold of someone has become difficult.

    Thinking about this brought me to enter another idea for a "camp" function to allow to wait for the other party to come off a call and then establish the connection. Sometimes you need to talk to someone, so "camp" would automate having to check for someone to be available. See https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLCOLL-I-359
