From the documentation I see that the users.{id}.presence notification schema for the presenceDefinition.systemPresence value will be a string. I've notice that when an agent goes on queue this string is set the the value "ONQUEUE". Will this always be the case? or is the "ONQUEUE" value changeable through the environment's configuration somewhere?
