In my preparation for taking Genesys Certification Exams, I tried using AI platforms like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini. Although they are helpful in creating example testing scenarios, I found that their answers to their own sample questions were sometimes just wrong. I've heard that even the purchased test prep that is offered on the internet is not always accurate. Just wanted to share my findings that with all things AI, verify what you are supplied by actually doing it in Genesys before trusting the information supplied.
