Hi All,
I'm trying to create a Bot Flow to capture email address from user and the bot should be able to handle different languages selected. For example, I have enabled french language in the Supported Languages setting and using the Genesys enhanced V2 engine for Speech to Text.
In the bot flow, I've set the language to French using "set Language" block and using an Ask for Slot to capture the email address. In the Ask for Slot "Question", I've added an alternative sequence with language French as text input with some prompt in French language.
When I'm testing the bot, it is prompting the question that is Configured for the English language instead of the French one. Can anyone please provide any suggestions on how to resolve this?
