  • 1.  Using Documents within PureCloud

    Good Morning Genesys Community!   I have a question regarding documents...  Once a document is set up, is there a way to avoid downloading the document every time you want to look at it? Is there a view function setting or something for people?  

    I am trying to get the business side to start using documents to store information instead of using SharePoint,  and they find it cumbersome to have to download the document to view it each time. 

    If anyone is using documents or might know, that would be appreciated!

    If you click on the name or preview icon on the file in the Documents view, it pops up in a web browser instead of downloading to the Downloads folder. It gives you the option to download from there.

    (New tab in Chrome if logged into the web UI, pop-up windows if using the desktop app)
