Hello,
It's becoming quite apparent that my organization has a need for a Customer preference center and I'm exploring using External Contacts within Genesys to try to manage this. Mainly thinking for SMS opt-outs, Is it possible for Genesys to manage updating external contact's preferences when they opt-out, opt-in, etc?
I also know that Genesys automatically adds contacts to a DNC list but have not found a way to access that list. I reached out to Genesys support and was told that there really isn't a way to get to this list and I'll need to manually look at all the SMS interactions and mark them manually.
Any suggestions/Solutions?
