Hi, we are using Genesys Cloud BYOC Premise, and one of our offices would like to use Grandstream WP820 wifi phones. They purchased some of these phones and I was able to get them working on the Genesys Cloud system by configuring the base setting as "generic SIP" on the phone make and model. The problem I'm running into is when I enable the "use secondary registration" setting in the phone configuration of GC. I have both the primary and secondary SIP server and the primary and secondary outbound proxy configured in the Grandstream configuration. Most of the time, the phone will initially register to both the primary and secondary edges, but after a few minutes, the phone will usually unregister from the primary edge. I found that if I disable the "use secondary registration" setting, the phone will stay registered to the primary edge.

My question is.... has anyone successfully set up Grandstream WP820 phones on the GC system and had them stay registered with both the primary and secondary edge? Is there a setting in the Grandstream configuration that I might be missing?

    Thanks,
    Craig
