    Hi Community,

I'll begin by referencing a post from way back that touched on this subject Here.

My aim is to use PureCloud assigned wrap up codes in a rule set to complete records that are, for example, ININ-OUTBOUND-DISCONNECT after 1 or 2 attempts.

We have the list of wrapcodes provided by Genesys https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/wrap-up-codes-assigned-by-outbound-dialing/ but i'm looking for the text needed to input in a rule set using call analysis as the condition. An example in the articles is 'disposition.classification.callable.sit', it's these i believe i'd need?

My rule set in theory would look like this -

    Condition type: Call Analysis
    Disposition: ININ-OUTBOUND-DISCONNECT?/disposition.classification.callable.sit?

Actions: Type: Mark Contact as Unacallable

Any insight would be much appreciated!

    #Outbound
