    Hi,
Our customer does not want to define the addresses included "*". As I understood, the only one way is to use Reverse Proxy.
Does anybody already use this solution?

    Regards

Are you talking about a reverse proxy for data actions?  You can secure that to the 4 or 5 IP's for your region used for data actions.  Also, you can incorporate mTLS to secure even futher.

Again, it depends on what you are looking to do.   Data Actions don't require those, SIP trunking does not require those.  Only HTTPS would since Genesys Cloud is serviced up by AWS.

    Hi,
The our main question is how we should implement the connection (connection string) to the AWS HTTPS services from Reverse Proxy environment and what we should do on the client side.
in our opinion: HTTPS requests starts from the agent's work station to the Reverse Proxy Server with for example [some_prefix].[our_domin.com] and after that the request will redirect to AWS cloud services (what exact URL to those services? ).

    Best Regards
    Anna

That would be with the built-in alerts: About alert administration - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

Here is how to create a rule with and SMS to the person.

Note, you will need an SMS number on that user's profile.
