    Hello Genesys team,

    I see the existing restriction of using same domain in more than one Org in same region. 

    Amazon SES documentation saying, using same domain in multi region/multi accounts allowed. Genesys cloud product being developed using amazon services, not allowing this feature. 

    is it possible to share any explanation on this limitation from Genesys side? or do you have any product map to allow this in future ?

    Hello Hanumantha Rao, 

    I am currently looking into this. I found this idea here: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-88 and it seems like our customer base have been asking the same questions you are. I recommend going to vote for this idea while I dig around a bit more around this topic.
