Would like to seek for advice on how to create script with UUI.UUIData  ? We are contacting a VoiceBot project and would like the data collected in Voicebot such as ID number , Date of birth and transcript URL to appear in inbound transcript. The Data will store in SIP headers  My Question are 

• How to set up script ( Insert variable ) 
• The script 

IT can provide API to call for retrieving the customer transcript by conversation ID.<u1:p></u1:p>

Following is the solution, flow being mentioned below<u1:p></u1:p>

Genesys need to extract the conversation id from SIP header and passed in the API parameter to retrieve the conversation transcript 

• How to extract the conversation ID from SIP header and pased in API parameter to retrieve the transcript ?
• In Architect how to set up the "UPDATE DATA" to assigne the Call.uuidata to appear in script ?

You asked similar question already, see response on getting UUI data from sip header.

The UUI would usually be a key, like a GUID, to use with a REST API call to retrieve the data you want to present on the agent script.

In the inbound flow get the UUI, that would make the API call to your bot captured details. Then use the set screen options in Architect to set the vars for the screen pop fields you defined.
