    I'm making the call through /api/v2/conversations/calls and passing uuiData in it. subscribed to the conversions notifications and checking there. I have made changes in external trunk > protocol and the UUI passthrough enabled, But uuiData is not coming in the conversation notifications. Do we need any more changes? How can we retrieve the uuiData for an outbound call disconnect event??

    You can read more about the configuration required for UUI data on the Resource Center: About User to User Information (UUI). Keep in mind that UUI data is a known spec to send data via SIP headers and will not be reflected in the conversation model. If you have further questions or issues, please post on the PureCloud Community Forum or open a case with PureCloud Care. UUI is a base product feature and this forum is specific to API use and customizations.
