We are looking to store the genesys id as an external id in our database and were planning on using a string with limit 36.
Will this be valid for Genesys ids?
What uuid version used to generate ids in genesys?
This is currently specifically for ids on emails in conversations and examples we have tested have a length of 36.

All GUIDs in PureCloud are 36 characters long. Statistically, they will never repeat.
