    Summary

    Google has deprecated Cloud Run Functions (1st Gen) by preventing new projects from creating them. While Genesys Google Data Actions continue to support 1st Gen Cloud Run Functions, they do not currently support 2nd Gen Cloud Run Functions.

    This change is the result of a vendor update made by Google.

    Customers may continue using 1st Gen Cloud Run Functions until Genesys releases support for 2nd Gen Cloud Run Functions.

    Tuesday, October 14, 2025
