Hi Marija,
I found official Genesys Cloud documentation regarding Data Actions that explicitly states they do not support connections to services using self-signed certificates:
Do data actions work with services using self-signed certificates? No. Self-signed certificates are not recognized as trustworthy. Source: https://help.mypurecloud.com/faqs/do-data-actions-work-with-services-using-self-signed-certificates/
While this documentation is specific to Data Actions, it highlights Genesys Cloud's general stance on requiring trustworthy, validated certificates for secure HTTPS communication. It's highly likely that a similar security principle applies to Archy's communications with the Genesys Cloud platform APIs. The certificate chain presented during Archy's connection (potentially modified by your network proxy) isn't validating correctly against the trusted root Certificate Authorities.

Subject: version fetch error: Error: self-signed certificate in certificate chain
Hello,
Does anyone know the reason behind this error when publishing with Archy?
version fetch error: Error: self-signed certificate in certificate chain
It says this but still publishes as normal.
Thank you!
