    hello

    this morning we have an edge KO

    is there a new version today ? 1.0.0.6662 ?

    i'm trying to update it through the purecloud portal ...

     

    Do you have any information or does someone is facing the same trouble ?

    Hmz, yes I also see new version installed. 1.0.0.6662 (didn't notice it)

    And 1.0.0.6688 is underway

    But no problems here with 1.0.0.6662

    Now both edges are updated and working, but this morning the second one was KO, and close to 1h to update ...

    Never had a problem like this (we have 3 edges).. raise a support ticket ? Not that you get this same problem on update to version of today...
