Is it possible to view GC dashboards without having to open Genesys Web? For example via a separate URL?
Scenario: Agents use SalesForce client to log into Genesys and receive calls. They do not open the Genesys web client. They'd like to see real-time status of other queues and agents to help them handle calls. But if they open a dashboard, it opens Genesys web client which could cause issues (multiple ringing, not responding situations, etc.).
