    Hi,

    Is it possible to view GC dashboards without having to open Genesys Web? For example via a separate URL?

    Scenario: Agents use SalesForce client to log into Genesys and receive calls. They do not open the Genesys web client. They'd like to see real-time status of other queues and agents to help them handle calls. But if they open a dashboard, it opens Genesys web client which could cause issues (multiple ringing, not responding situations, etc.).

    Not at this time.  They would need to log in (with at least a wallboard license) to view the Dashboard (yes, no consistency there with naming).  The dashboard could be iFramed into Salesforce (though not easily) but the login would still be required.  Now since agents are working in Salesforce, they would still have access to that dashboard without any extra licensing.  

    What you might consider is the new Send to URL in the Performance Views with the data that you want to show - not so pretty, but not sure yet if it would require a license.  This is in Beta and looks promising:
