  • 1.  Viewing agent checklists as part of an interaction

    Hey all,

    I'm having issues trying to get agent checklist results to be displayed as part of an Interaction within Analytics Workspace. Does anyone have any idea on how to get these details to show when I pull up an interaction that had a checklist displayed as part of Agent Copilot?

    Hi Kevin, 

    Unfortunately, agent checklist results from Agent Copilot are not currently visible in Analytics Workspace after an interaction ends. The checklist is only available during the live interaction.

    The good news is there's an enhancement request in "Upcoming Development" to persist checklist results at the interaction level so you can see completion status in the Interaction Details view.
