@Nathan Smith. Sorry to ask a dumb question, but how does the admin look up the membership? By Admin, do you mean the owner of the (official) group, or someone with sysadmin rights? I have checked out both but still can't find a way to look up the membership of a (official) group. We do have inclusion rules for the groups, so yes, they will dynamically update but again, we can only ever seem to see a list of those who are online, not all the staff who meet the membership criteria...

I cannot think of a way.
Instead, you can have the admin look up the membership and you can post it in the chat once a day/once a week to let everyone know who the members are. This would be good if you have an exclusion or inclusion rule(s) set up for the Group, causing the members to dynamically update.

Is there a way to see ALL members of a chat group from the Genesys chat window, including members who are not currently logged in to Genesys?
We want to manage a number of chat groups and being able to easily see all members of the group regardless of their logged in status would be helpful. Currently we can see available participants or all participants who are logged in to Genesys - we would like to extend that to be also able to see all participants.
Any ideas anyone?
