Hi all,
Question about being able to display interaction detail collected from bot flow. I have "Set Participant Data" Set to show the data collected from the bot and want to have it displayed to the agent but during testing, level one agent isn't able to see the icon needed to see the collected information.
We only see these.
Is there a setting that I need to enable to have this icon available or am I missing something?

Hi Paco,
Web Messaging is able to use a new panel in a similar manner, this new panel is called Conversation Summary and it is still currently in Beta. If you'd like to gain access to this Beta, could you please email me your org ID at Chad.Hansen@genesys.com. I can connect you to the right folks. 👍
