    All, 

    Prior, we were able to view the performance for a queue that was used to perform Outbound calls. We are no longer to view the performance, any suggestions on how can get this info. Below is a screenshot of what i'm referring to.

    Hello Shanee Gutierrez,

    Do you mean the top row which shows the total?
    If yes, the problem could be the total number of queues configured on your system.
    As the performance tab can show only 50 queues per page, it is not able to show the total.
    You can see the total performance by selecting the queue only (per queue basis).

    For Outbound calls you would want to add the Handled and Outbound columns. Outbound calls are not counted in the offered or answered columns. Click on the plus sign to the right of the column names to add these.
