  • 1.  Visibility of private dashboard in the dashboard summary page

Hi! I'm working a global product specialist, so in some areas of Geneyss Cloud I would prefer to have better visibility than my country users. As a person responsible for Analytics and QM topics, I would like to be able to see all dashboards, even private ones from other users. Is there a way to configure permissions is such way?

Plus I would also like to be able to export information with the dashboard titel, owner, when it was created, when it was last edited and if it's public/private/shared. This will help me to have a better control on how many dashboards each country created.

    Hi Ekaterina,

If you configure the permissions correctly, you should be able to see all dashboards including private ones within the Dashboard Owners tab: Performance dashboard owners

    • For an admin to view or delete the dashboards owned by users in their respective divisions:
      • Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > Delete Active
      • Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > Delete Inactive
      • Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > View Private
      • Directory>user>view division access

There is no way of exporting them, but I did find an idea on the ideas portal: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/ANLS-I-1132
